Foundation & Confidence: Learning to Fly
The journey begins by understanding the true mechanics of arm balances. In this case we'll explore the role of core engagement, hand placement, and shifting the center of gravity. The essential elements that allow the body to lift with control.
Through focused drills and intelligent progressions, you'll learn that arm balances are far less about brute strength and far more about leverage, awareness, and trust.

Class Two
Courage To Open and Expand
Flight requires space. In this session we explore the relationship between hip mobility, extension, and the ability to lift and lengthen through the body.
Expect deep hip opening, core activation, and thoughtful transitions that prepare the body for more expansive arm balance variations. As the body opens, confidence grows. Revealing how mobility and courage work together to create lift.

Class Three
Integration and Full Expression
Our final class brings the journey together. With strength, mobility, and awareness established, we explore the power of length, balance, and breath as the body moves toward more expansive inversions.
This session focuses on cultivating controlled power while maintaining steadiness and ease. The result is a practice that feels both grounding and exhilarating. An invitation to fully express the strength you've built.
