 In a world increasingly centered around screens and constant stimulation, Young Yogis Summer Immersion offers children a different rhythm

One rooted in presence, imagination, movement, and meaningful human connection.

Throughout the week, children will explore yoga, mindfulness practices, breathwork, creative activities, outdoor experiences, team-building exercises, and intentional rest. Each day is designed to support confidence, emotional awareness, creativity, and nervous system balance in a playful and supportive environment.

This is a screen-free zone.

An opportunity for children to move their bodies, develop social connection, build resilience, and experience the joy of being fully engaged with the world around them.
